I'm a Flutter engineer with a specific focus: offline-first architectures, real-time bidirectional sync, and payment integrations. These are the three hardest problems in production mobile apps, and they're where I spend most of my time.
Over the past 4 years I've shipped production apps for clients across Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the USA — including Colada (150,000+ downloads), Priceless Medical (30+ clinics), and Tansieq (Saudi Ministry of Hajj). I architected MemoryChat from scratch using Drift + PowerSync + Supabase for a fully offline-capable chat experience with real-time sync.

- Building a cross-platform Flutter app that helps users discover the best offers, discounts, and deals at restaurants and cafes.
- Optimized app startup performance, cutting cold-start time from splash screen to fully rendered home screen from ~28–30s to ~13–16s by eliminating duplicate API calls and parallelizing previously sequential, independent requests — reducing total requests from 24 to 17 unique calls.
- Developed multiple core features end-to-end, including a coupons system and a coffee subscription flow.
- Integrated Meta Ads to support user acquisition and in-app marketing.
- Delivered scalable, maintainable UIs in Flutter & Dart for both iOS and Android.

- Own the full software lifecycle — development, database design (Supabase / PostgreSQL), and mobile application quality — for a cross-platform productivity app built on a zero-knowledge encryption architecture.
- Reduced login time by 66% (~21s → ~7s) by profiling real bottlenecks and migrating RSA key generation from pure Dart to a native Go library, cutting key generation from ~7s to ~200ms.
- Replaced redundant database query patterns with upsert operations and parallelized previously sequential calls, eliminating unnecessary round-trips and redundant Google Drive delete operations.
- Designed and maintained secure data flows for encrypted user data across devices.

UAE's first smart healthcare savings platform. Integrated Stripe subscriptions, deep linking for offer redemption, surgical quotation scope, and partner clinic management. Built payment flows, subscription lifecycle handling, and clinic-to-patient communication.

Expert monetization platform enabling professionals to monetize knowledge through text and voice messages. Built IAP for paid expert access, real-time chat, voice messaging, and privacy-focused communication with transparent pricing.
Tansieq
Saudi Ministry of Hajj — drone and visual detection system for reporting camp, tent, and infrastructure issues during Hajj operations. Built cross-platform mobile app for real-time issue reporting, geotagged photo uploads, and dashboard integration.
